Titan Oil Stop Leak Worked For Me…
If your looking for the best oil stop leak I suggest using Titan sealers. I’ve
used their Oil Stop Leak in two of my cars in the last 4 years and their
both still leak free. I’ve tried some others with mixed results but the titan
oil stop leak has always worked with no worries of any kind.

Tried Lucas Oil Stop Leak and well very disappointed…
Used Titan oil stop leak about a year ago on my BMW X5 which was
leaking oil from the rear main and a few other areas. The titan sealer
worked for me after about 3 days of driving. Before using the Titan
sealer I had tried to save a few bucks and bought Lucas oil stop leak
The Lucas was so thick it took 30 minutes to pour and never worked.

Be careful of Bars it clogged my oil cooler…
I tried that bars sealer in my F350 diesel and it totally clogged my trucks
oil cooler. So I tried Lucas and it didn’t do anything, good or bad…

Bars worst, Lucas slightly better, Titan best…
Yeah, everybody has… Cadillac’s are know for leaking oil from there!!!
I’ve had 3 caddy’s and each one of them started leaking when they
around 105,000 miles. I used titan sealers on each of them. My 2001
Seville STS never really got fixed only better but the other two lasted for
almost 4 years before I had to add another bottle of the oil stopleak.

The best oil stop leak I found…
The best oil stop leak I found was titan oil stop leak but ain’t cheap… All
the other brands just make your oil thicker. Titan is the only one that’s
guaranteed not the thicken your oil. Also you don’t have to add it every
time you change the oil.

Same problem on my Subaru…
I had the same problem on my Subaru. Tried Blue Devil oil stop leak and
lucas both didn’t work. My mechanic told me about Titan oil stop leak
cause he’s used their head gasket sealer many times with good results.
So I bought a bottle for my Tribeca which was leaking oil between the
head and block. Not cheap but it did fix the problem.
Common Symptoms Of Engine Oil Leaks
Ugly, greasy stains on the driveway…a burning smell and smoke coming
from your engine…and the oil light on your dashboard flicking on and
off—yikes! This sounds like it could be an engine oil leak. Not only are these
issues hard to ignore, but they’re signs of a problem you can’t afford to
ignore. Putting off repairs for an oil leak could lead to bigger headaches
later on, from serious engine damage to overheating on the side of the road.
Study up on the top symptoms of an engine oil leak so you can recognize
one if you see it, and learn more about the important role oil plays in the
health of your vehicle.
• Dark puddles under your car
When you back out from your driveway or parking space, check to see if
there are dark brown or yellow puddles where your car was sitting. (Pro-Tip:
If you don’t have a dedicated parking space you can watch for spotting, lay
down a piece of cardboard or a plastic plate underneath your vehicle when
you park. That way you can confirm the leak is coming from your car, not
someone else’s.) If your oil pan has a leak, it will spill out directly onto the
pavement and could cause issues with oil levels and pressure.
• Blue smoke from the exhaust
This is often a sign of piston ring wear, especially in older cars with more
than 100,000 miles on the clock. In this case it’s not an immediate breakdown
threat, although you should have the ring fixed when you can. However, if you
spot blue smoke plus a white mayonnaise inside your oil cap, it can be a sign
oil is entering the combustion chamber and being detonated. The blue smoke
is basically the result of a dirty fuel (Engine Oil) being burnt instead of petrol.
• Engine overheating
Engine oil plays an essential role in regulating the engine’s temperature. It
lubricates the pistons and makes sure they glide smoothly within their
housing. Without proper lubrication, the pistons will grind against other parts
of the engine, produce great amounts of heat, and potentially cause your
engine to seize-up and stall. If there’s an oil leak and the oil level drops too
low, the engine could overheat.
